End User License Agreement (EULA) for TijaraIQ

Welcome to TijaraIQ! Before you begin using our services, please carefully read the following End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). By accessing or using TijaraIQ’s website or mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using TijaraIQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and any future amendments. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts: To access certain features of TijaraIQ, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Content: TijaraIQ provides a platform for users to post classified ads. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the content you post on the Service. You warrant that any content you post does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Abusive Conduct: TijaraIQ has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior towards other users or our staff. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is threatening, harassing, or abusive towards other users or TijaraIQ personnel. This includes, but is not limited to, personal attacks, bullying, hate speech, or any other form of intimidation. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of your account and legal action if warranted.
6. Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on TijaraIQ, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of TijaraIQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written permission from TijaraIQ.
7. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using TijaraIQ:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Posting or distributing objectionable content, including but not limited to content that is discriminatory, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Engaging in abusive behavior towards other users or TijaraIQ personnel, including but not limited to personal attacks, harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Interfering with the operation of the Service or any user’s enjoyment of the Service.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Iraq, without regard to their conflict of law principles.
